The Ph@tt Program

Our program is called Putting Health at the Top (Ph@tt). It is just so simple. It’s a healthy living meal plan that assists your gut to function properly so the vili (vil-eye) can stand up from laying flat (caused by not having great nutrition). When the vili function properly, they are better able to absorb the nutrients from food and the supplements we take. Once our body starts absorbing nutrients, it can start to release the bad adipose fats in your body. It does this in a manner that is fast but safe. As an added bonus, you will have so much energy.

The nutritional supplements are an integral part of the program. They support our body while on a low calorie meal plan that is comprised predominantly of meats, vegetables, fruit & water. It is this careful balance of food and nutritional support that make it possible to lose 10-15 kgs a month safely.

Other programs offer these results in 6-12 months and this can become hard as you lose focus and motivation as well as being quite expensive.

The Ph@tt program has helped just over 57,000 people in little more than 2 years. This means thousands of people are living MUCH healthier lives and are finding that now they are living with a healthier gut, the results are easily maintained.

So many people on the Ph@tt program have been able to reduce or completely come off medication. By healing the gut, you can reduce inflammation and cure numerous conditions.

3 easy steps

STEP 1

The first 3 days

This is where you get off the blood sugar roller coaster, get your appetite under control and you start to burn fat. During these three days you will begin your nutritional support and quickly become a fat burning body rather than a fat storage body. Typically after the second day your blood sugar levels should start to stabilise, you will begin to overcome food cravings and your body will start to use its fat stores for energy.

STEP 2

Fat loss and detox

This is when your body will start to change as a result of burning fat, controlling your food cravings, stabilising blood sugar levels and most importantly balancing HORMONES. With food cravings gone and fat burning increased, you will feel greater mental clarity and enjoy the increase in energy. The nutritional support for body and hormonal balance is vitally important. Step 2 is the weight loss stage, but is also vital to improve digestion, improve gut health and reduce inflammation in the body.

Maintenance

The Maintenance phase is designed to keep you at your current weight and help keep your hormones in balance – particularly your blood sugar levels. This phase will normally last 21 days… but is designed to teach you how to sustain a healthy lifestyle!
All 3 stages are important for successful weight loss and if you want to lose more weight you simply go back to step 1 and repeat!

A Typical Day

MAIN MEALS

On the program, you will need to eat 3 regular meals. These consist of protein and vegetables. What you precisely eat varies according to the stage you are currently on – there are 3 stages and each one has slight variances in the food and combinations that you eat.

There is a program tailored to vegetarians so if you don’t eat meat, this is for you.

Both programs have a comprehensive menu and meal plan that you can follow.

If there are certain foods that you don’t like or need to avoid, your mentor will work closely with you to create an eating plan that suits you.

As well as the meal plans and menus, you will be added to some amazing Facebook groups that are dedicated to recipe and meal ideas for anyone on the PH@TT program – you will never run out of inspiration.

SNACKS

We know that eating regularly helps to regulate our blood sugar and so snacks are included in the program. You are encouraged to consume these to curb your appetite and ensure you have adequate energy.

The snacks predominantly consist of specific fruits – the snacks may vary if you are on maintenance.

It is important that you control the number of snacks that you eat as this can easily destroy all of your hard work.

Many people are hungry in the initial few days on the program as their body adjusts to a more restricted food intake. We encourage them to drink plenty of water and use specific supplements that target things such as sugar cravings.

It is critical that you do not consume snacks late at night or all in one sitting.

Supplements

Supplements are an integral part of the PH@TT program. You will be following a strict calorie-controlled plan and the supplements will ensure that you are getting adequate nutrition during this time.

Some supplements have been included as they assist in repair and balance of the gut whereas others are targeted at helping you as you adjust your eating. This includes supplements specifically for sugar and carb cravings.

You need to take the supplements as directed as this ensures they provide you with maximum benefit.

Once you start the program you are given a simple PDF that details how you need to take your supplements throughout the day.

As with all aspects of the program, you have your own mentor and if you have any questions or concerns, they are there to help.

Your mentor may also recommend specific supplements that will assist you with any health concerns you may have.

DRINKS

Adjusting your drinking habits can often be a bigger changing than changing the way you eat.

Many people eat not because they are hungry but because they are thirsty and they no longer recognise these cues.

The PH@TT program focuses on consuming 3 litres of water per day. This sounds like a lot but it is key to your weight loss as water will fill you up if you are hungry and helps flush your body. Being adequately hydrated also assists many areas of your body, including your gut, in functioning better.

You are not able to consume any sugary drinks, including any diet drinks (that will completely stimulate your body’s craving for sugar). During the program, you are also asked to commit to no alcohol. There are so many benefits to not drinking – the first is not consuming all those empty calories but alcohol is incredibly hard on your gut and liver and removing this allows it to improve function.

You can drink tea and coffee but we only allow 1 tablespoon of milk per day so this may restrict your intake. We also recommend you limit coffee to 2 per day. Herbal teas offer a great alternative and can assist you with your water intake for the day.
